Clean Beach Resort, Koh Lanta

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel, starting with the unpleasant bed bug issue in my room. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, which added to the overall disappointment. The surroundings were nice, but the level of cleanliness and customer service left much to be desired. It's a shame because the location is promising and could have been a great getaway if not for these major problems.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The bungalows were clean and well-kept, nestled in a charming tropical setting. While they aren't directly on the beach and miss out on some sea breezes, they offered good value at reduced prices during the late peak season. The dining experience had room for improvement, especially at breakfast, but the overall atmosphere made for a comfortable retreat.
